Corporate Events
One Hanover, once home to the India House and first United States cotton futures exchange, has a long history as a place of business and a meeting place for foreign trade. Many powerful figures would socialize and conduct business at this location, even Franklin D Roosevelt was a member of India House! Today One Hanover is still an ideal location in Lower Manhattan for a wide variety of corporate events. Whether it's a meeting or corporate cocktail party, One Hanover provides the perfect historical backdrop.
The building comes equipped with five separate private rooms to accommodate meetings of all sizes. The reservable rooms are well equipped and feature upscale furnishings. Our Executive Boardroom makes the perfect professional setting for hosting meetings or conferences and comes equipped with a state-of-the-art conference monitor.
The Lounge comes completely furnished and is an excellent location for a networking event or cocktail party. The lounge furniture can also be removed and the space can be transformed to accommodate a meeting or sit down down dinner as well.
